Visa and Permit Application Process:
- To begin the visa and permit issuing process, we kindly request an advance payment. It’s crucial to complete the payment at least 14 days before your scheduled trip to ensure all necessary arrangements are made smoothly.
- Please provide us with a scanned copy of your passport data page or, if you’re an Indian citizen, your voter’s card. Additionally, include a passport-sized photograph. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your planned arrival date.
- Travel insurance is mandatory for entry into Bhutan.
- Upon approval of your visa or permit, we will issue an official Visa/Permit clearance. You’ll need to present this document during check-in for your flight to Bhutan or at the land border entry point.
- In addition to the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), tourists are responsible for covering the costs of other required services, which may include accommodation, transportation, guide fees, entry fees, and meals, among others.
- With the visa and permit formalities sorted, all that’s left to do is pack your bags and get ready for your Bhutan adventure!
